Objective

the CLC company wants to use the survey data of prospective students to enhance their course quality.

Solution

Based on the survey data that reflects CLC’s students’ personalities and learning styles, I completed customer segmentation by using k-mean analysis. Then, for the specific segment, I decided to take advantage of the use of the gen AI tool to develop a customized “tutor chatbot”.

In-depth Analysis

By using R to implement the cluster analysis, I identified 3 clusters. I described each cluster in detail and communicated the result visually.

To enhance the customer learning experience, I creatively came up with the idea of customizing the chatbot for a cluster based on its features.

Learning Outcomes & Reflection

This case shows my proficiency in the use of machine learning such as clustering and demonstrates my problem-solving creativity by training gen AI for customizing chatbots.
